Please note that email delivery is an optional, alternative method for you
to receive your information products.
BC OnLine is not responsible for lost or undelivered emails.
If you have difficulty receiving information by email, there are other methods to receive and store your information. Please call the BC OnLine Help Desk for details.
Important Email Notes:
- Email delivery times are dependent on a number of factors and may vary from a few minutes to hours or sometimes even days.
- Email features can vary from one system (i.e. Internet Service Provider) to another and it is standard practice for some email systems to split one large email into several smaller pieces when it is received from another system. This action will cause emailed image/document files to be unreadable.
We strongly recommend that you test email delivery to your service provider
before you rely on it for receiving critical information.
How to Email your Information Products:
- Once your items have been sent to the Print Selection List or the BC OnLine Mailbox, you can email specific items:
- Click on the check box(es) beside the print file(s) you wish to receive.
- Enter your full email address in the text box(es). You may have to scroll down to see the text box(es).
- Click on the "Send" button.
- Set your Product Delivery Option for a product so that all items are emailed automatically:
- Select "Product Delivery Options" from the BC OnLine Account Management menu.
- Click on the drop down menu to the right of the desired Service Option.
- Select "Email" as the option.
- Enter your email address in the box below then click "Submit".
- A confirmation delivery email will be sent to you when you enter an email address or update it to a new one.
Note: If you have set a Product Delivery Option to Email, those information products will not go to a BC OnLine Account or User Mailbox.
