•	Online WebHelp. Click the Help? button on any BC OnLine screen to view HTML webhelp in a popup window.

•	Printable User’s Guides. Open the most recent PDF user guide on the BC OnLine User Guides web page.

•	BC OnLine Help Desk. Contact the BC OnLine Help Desk to talk to a support person.
