New BC Assessment Web Application Goes Live!
On Wednesday September 21st, BC Assessment is releasing their new web-based service through BC OnLine. A pilot group of customers has been using the new service for the last few weeks and providing input. BC Assessment would like to thank the pilot users for their assistance developing this new service.
To ease customer transition to the new service, both the old and the new BC Assessment systems will be available on the BC OnLine menu until the end of day Monday September 26th.
On Tuesday September 27th, only the new BC Assessment web-based service will be available. This date is significant to anyone still using terminal emulation to access BC Assessment. From September 27th onward, customers must use web browsers such as Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer to access BC Assessment.
Customers are encouraged to begin using the new web-based BC Assessment service starting September 21st. This new version is easier to navigate and makes use of many of the advantages web-based services provide.
