If you are attempting to access the Gas & Electrical Permit system and it is not available, our apologies.

We are currently experiencing technical problems with our online system which is, at times, preventing clients from obtaining permits or requesting inspections. We are actively trying to resolve this problem.

If you cannot connect to the system during the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, please call the BC OnLine helpdesk at 1.800.663.6102 to advise of the problem.

At all other times, please send an email to permits@safetyauthority.ca. We will advise you by return email when the system is back online.

Please do NOT use this email to report problems with signing on, licenses or bonds. This email is to be used for reporting SYSTEM OUTAGES only.
