BC OnLine is pleased to release a new product offering: Tax Certificates Online. In addition to Rural Tax information issued by the Surveyor of Taxes, BC OnLine is making Municipal Tax Certificates available through our web site.

The Municipalities of Nanaimo, Port Moody, Saanich, Sidney, and Victoria are the first to offer their tax certificates through the BC OnLine channel. Many more Municipalities have expressed an interest in joining this new service. As Municipalities come on board, we will announce their participation on our web site.

Using the BC OnLine Tax Certificate service is as easy as entering the property Parcel Identifier or PID. Just enter the PID and the system looks up the jurisdiction. If the property is in a participating Municipality, the system returns the tax certificate.

If the Municipality is not participating in this service, the system will let you know where to obtain the tax certificate.

With single signon, consolidated accounting through your BC OnLine account, and simple PID lookup, obtaining Municipal tax certificates has never been easier.
