Fees for accessing the site registry have been unchanged for over six years. Effective December 1, 2003, Site Registry fees will be amended in response to a government-wide review of fees and licences, and to the requirements of the Ministry of Water, Land and Air Protection's current Service Plan. GST and an operator's service charge of $1.00 will continue to be charged for each site registry transaction.
The revised fees are as follows:

| Search by ministry SITE ID number | $25.00 |

| Search within 0.5 kilometres of a site's latitude and longitude | $50.00 |
| Search within 5.0 kilometres of a site's latitude and longitude | $100.00 |
| Access the Synopsis Report for a site | $25.00 |
| Access the Details Report for a site | $50.00 |
