THE BC ASSESSMENT database comprises information about property and property assessments. Information available for search from BC Assessment includes:

• owner name(s) and address
• property address
• PID (Parcel Identifier) number
• document number from Land Titles
• legal description
• school district number
• property class
• assessed value of the land and improvements
• land use
• tenure
• Agricultural Land Reserve code
• dimensions
• list of previous sales

For residential property, additional information is available:

• total finished area
• number of stories, bathrooms, and bedrooms
• presence of a swimming pool or garage
