• Continuation
• Notice of Alteration of Articles
• Notice of Change of Address
• Notice of Change of Directors
• Amalgamation
• Transition to the new Business Corporations Act
• Post Restoration Transition
• Voluntary Dissolution

Companies or individuals who are not customers of BC OnLine can go to the Corporate Online credit card site via the link provided on the BC OnLine Welcome screen to file corporate documents electronically.
