Manufactured Homes Registry

THE MANUFACTURED HOMES REGISTRY is a database of information on manufactured homes in the Province of British Columbia. Information available from the database includes:

  • the registered owner
  • location
  • a description of the manufactured home.

Manufactured homes registered in the database can be searched using the registration number, owner's name(s), or serial number.

In addition to searches, customers who are eligible to be Qualified Suppliers can have access to Manufactured Homes update transactions. The table below shows the types of BC OnLine customers and the transactions they are eligible to do.
